A wonderful company- Lunchbox Love- has given me some adorable lunch love notes to give away to a lucky reader! This was my first time to use these adorable little notes, and I LOVE THEM! I will definitely order some when these run out. Olivia loves reading them, too!
The cool thing is these aren't *just* for lunches. I used some of my Christmas ones to get creative with our elf, Layla.

When we were dating and first married, my husband used to write very sweet little notes to me. Sadly, that was quite a while ago. Maybe I'll start leaving him notes to encourage him to return the gesture. :-)
ReplyDeleteGrowing up, my mom always made me lunch and ALWAYS gave me a little note. Even if it was just a smiley face and a heart.
ReplyDeleteI never got tired of it, but eventually they stopped; high school activities, college, etc.
Fast forward to the present day, and I'm newly married and we just bought our first house.
She came over one weekend while my husband and I were out of town to dog sit for us, and when I got home late on Sunday evening, dreading work the next day I found inside my refrigerator a little packed lunch ready for me to take.
When I opened it up the next day to unpack it at work, I found a little post it note wrapped up with my sandwich. My mom packed my lunch, and she left me a note, saying how proud she was and how happy she was for me and that if she could, she would leave me notes every day just to make sure I remembered. THAT is my favorite love note. At age 29, I still love my mom's lunch notes.
My hubby leaves me SHMILY (See How Much I Love You) notes hidden. Love finding them:)
